The last part of the wall we removed came down tonight. We're almost done with the electrical but it's a real rats nest in places. I wired one particular outlet 3 times before it worked. Twice the ground came detached when I put the outlet back in the box.
There's a lot of wonky crap going on in there, that's for sure.
We're going to buy the cabinets this weekend and hopefully get some drywall up.

How old is your house?
Built in 1979.
I would expect "wonky" stuff to have been in the mid 80's, but the kitchen could have been re-done between 79 and today by someone that didn't know what they were doing. That's what I saw with the kitchen in my condo.
