I went to be tonight at 7:35 PM. Now it's about 10:30 and I'm awake. I'm not sure that it's a good idea to take a 3 hour nap right before bedtime.
I still feel tired though, so who knows. I know I've been feeling exhausted lately, so maybe this will do some good.
Tomorrow I have an appointment with the neurologist. I don't know what to expect, but I'll try to ask him all the questions that I can remember.
